Privacy policy
Hub World is a 24/7 gaming channel run by RS Entertainment LLC of Las Vegas, Nevada ("Hub World," "we" or "us"). This policy explains what information is collected when you use hubworld.tv and the Hub World apps on smart TVs and streaming devices, and what we do with it.
The short version
- You don't need an account to watch Hub World, and we don't sell personal information.
- We don't run our own advertising or tracking cookies today.
- The companies that host our videos, website and fonts receive basic technical information, like your IP address, when you watch or visit.
Information we collect
When you contact us. If you email us, for example to pitch a show or ask for support, we receive your email address, name and anything you include in the message. We use it only to reply and to manage any agreement that follows.
When you visit hubworld.tv or use a Hub World app. We don't ask for your name, email or any other personal details, and the site and apps don't set cookies of their own.
Services that receive information
Hub World relies on these services, which receive technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, and what you watch, and handle it under their own privacy policies:
- Adilo (BigCommand LLC) hosts and streams our videos and collects viewing statistics, such as plays and watch time.
- DreamHost hosts hubworld.tv and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Fonts supplies the website's fonts.
- YouTube handles anything you watch on the Hub World YouTube channel.
- Roku and Amazon run the devices and app stores for the Hub World TV apps, and collect information about app use under their own policies.
Advertising
Hub World does not show ads today. If we add ads to the channel or apps, ad partners may use device advertising identifiers, which you can reset or limit in your device settings. We will update this policy before that happens.
Children
Hub World is a general-audience gaming channel and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep emails and agreements for as long as needed to run the channel and meet legal requirements. You can ask us at any time to see or delete the information we hold about you by emailing rasmith2447@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Security
hubworld.tv uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect to keep risk low.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes, such as adding advertising, will be noted on hubworld.tv.
